6. Unlimited plan data policy

Shaw Mobile Unlimited data plans include 25 GB of Fast LTE data on Shaw Network plus 2 GB of data on Shaw Nationwide Network or Shaw Nationwide + U.S. and Mexico, if you subscribe to Unlimited + U.S. & Mexico. Once your allowance is used up, you will continue to have access to data services, without data overage charges, but at a lower speed – up to 256 kilobits per second (for downloads) and 128 kilobits per second (for uploads) on Shaw Network and up to 128 kilobits per second per second (for downloads) and 64 kilobits per second (for uploads) on the National Network. When roaming in the US or Mexico on Unlimited + US and Mexico, your data access will cut off after 2GB unless you purchase additional single-use cards. We'll send you a text message letting you know when you've used 70% and 100% of the allowance included in your plan, so you can choose to buy more data on your plan. In all cases, use is subject to Shaw MobileTerms of useeFair Use Policy.

7. Unlimited talk and text

All plans include unlimited incoming and outgoing calls across Canada from Shaw Networks or National Networks to Canadian phone numbers. All plans also include unlimited universal text, picture and video messaging when connected to Shaw Networks or National Networks.

Unlimited + US & Mexico includes unlimited calling and texting and unlimited outbound messaging and talking to Canada, US and Mexico numbers while in Canada (on Shaw or Nationwide Networks) and while in the US to the US and from back to Canada. or, in Mexico, to Mexico or back to Canada. Additional pay-per-use and long distance charges may apply. For example, when roaming in the US, calls and texts to Mexico will incur additional long distance and pay-as-you-go charges, respectively.
