But others are as simple as a mobile app that you download to your phone.
So think hard about how much time and support you have when making a decision. The simpler the system, the easier it is and the less support you will need to get things up and running.
The size of your company

And while some offer discounts if you have a large team, these prices can add up quickly and get expensive.
